Resumen (es):
Este estudio examina los resultados de las evaluaciones de efectividad de manejo de áreas protegidas completadas en 2021 para 182 áreas protegidas administradas por 25 corporaciones autónomas regionales y de desarrollo sostenible. El análisis revela que las áreas protegidas presentan un nivel de manejo básico, con puntajes más altos en los componentes de contexto y planificación, y resultados más bajos en el componente de sistemas productivos sostenibles. Adicionalmente, se observaron diferencias significativas entre las categorías de manejo. Aunque estas evaluaciones ofrecen ciertas ventajas, se resaltan las limitaciones de los resultados dadas las características subjetivas y ordinales de los datos.
