Preliminary list of the species of <em>Cestrum<em> L. (Solanaceae) present in Colombia

Abstract (en):

Con este trabajo se intenta proporcionar una lista preliminar de las especies de Cestrum registradas para Colombia, que servirá como fuente primaria de información para abordar un estudio taxonómico- sistemático de Cestrum. Para la elaboración del listado se usó la información del Herbario Nacional Colombiano (COL), el trabajo de Francey(1935, 1936), los trabajos regionales de países vecinos en los que se registra la presencia de especies colombianas, los listados de especies de Ecuador y Perú. Además se usóla base de datos W3 TROPICOS del Missouri Botanical Garden (MO, 2002) y el Herbario Virtual del New York Botanical Garden (NY, 2002)
